We are currently hiring an experienced HR Specialist to join a growing team and support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing)

Conduct initial interviews and candidate evaluations

Support onboarding processes for new hires

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Coordinate with different departments on hiring needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in HR or recruitment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Good command of English

Familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
