👨💻 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Team Lead to lead our engineering team through the next phase of growth.
This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination, acting as the key link between management and developers to ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient delivery.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
👥 Lead and mentor a team of mobile and backend developers
📅 Plan sprints, assign tasks, and manage project timelines
🧪 Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality
🎨 Collaborate with UI/UX designers, graphic designers, CSD feedback teams, and QA testers
📊 Translate business and strategic goals into technical solutions
🏗️ Drive technical decisions related to architecture, tools, and frameworks
✅ Qualifications
⭐ Minimum 3 years of experience (mandatory)
👨💻 Proven experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer
📱 Strong background in Flutter & Node.js (preferred)
🔁 Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Scrum
🗣️ Excellent communication and leadership skills
⚖️ Ability to balance coding and team management
☁️ Experience with cloud services and Nginx is a plus
